Not even Camilla nor Kate Middleton: why is everyone talking about Brigitte Macron
Brigitte Macron draws all eyes on a special night, even surprising British royalty
The British capital was the setting for an exceptional evening on July 9, when French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte were received at the historic Guildhall. The gala dinner, part of the official visit, was marked by opulence, protocol, and the presence of the British royal family. With all the glamour that was desired, attendees wore their finest outfits, leaving an indelible mark.
Although the dinner brought together prominent members of royalty and international politicians, it was another reason that drew the most attention. At this event, both the guests and the members of the British royal family left their mark. However, the one who attracted all eyes and sparked rumors was Brigitte Macron.

Brigitte Macron: the star of the night
When everyone expected to see traditional jewels and gala dresses, it was Brigitte Macron who managed to capture attention with her unique style. The first lady of France chose a structured black dress, made of silk crepe, with a round neckline and a pencil skirt. The simplicity of her outfit stood out for the carefully chosen details, such as the silver jeweled shoulder pads, giving her an air of modern and minimalist sophistication.
To complete her look, Brigitte added spiral earrings made of diamonds and white gold, as well as a clutch and metallic silver pumps. Without a doubt, her presence stood out at the gala, showing that a sober outfit can be just as impactful as the most elaborate designs.

At the first gala dinner of the official visit, Brigitte dazzled in a long electric blue wool crepe dress by Louis Vuitton, with a matching cape. The cape stood out for its shoulders decorated with citrine, diamonds, and white gold inlays. To complete her look, the French first lady wore chaton earrings and bracelets, further enhancing her elegance with precious stones.

Camilla and Kate Middleton in second place
Although Brigitte Macron captured all eyes, other figures of the royal family did not go unnoticed. Kate with an impressive red dress and one of her tiaras, and Camilla with a white dress contrasting with Charles III's suit. The Duchess of Gloucester, wearing an ivory dress adorned with the Garter sash and the famous Queen Mary's Honeysuckle tiara.
Meanwhile, Florence King, wife of the "Lord Mayor of London," also surprised with a Victoria Beckham dress, which had been presented at Paris Fashion Week. However, they did not manage to outshine Brigitte Macron's impressive style. With her choice of such a refined look, she showed that fashion can be as powerful as the most precious jewels.
