Mario Vaquerizo, husband of Alaska, makes it clear what happened: "These kinds of things..."
Mario Vaquerizo returns to Instagram to reveal all the details about the latest thing that happened to him with Jordi Évole
Last week, Mario Vaquerizo returned to his Instagram profile with a new and revealing post in which he made it clear what had recently happened to him. According to Alaska's husband, "doing this kind of thing is something I love" because it "reminds" him how important it is "to laugh at oneself."
It was on October 19 when the vocalist of Las Nancys Rubias fell off the stage at the Horteralia festival. The severity of his fall was such that, since then, he has had to wear a neck brace and undergo several medical tests after losing part of his vision.
However, despite still recovering from his serious accident, Mario Vaquerizo has gradually resumed his work on the small screen. He has also agreed to participate in a new and fun project with Jordi Évole.
The host contacted Alaska's husband to make him a very hard-to-refuse offer: to star in one of the commercials for the sixth season of his show.
As expected, Mario Vaquerizo gladly accepted the offer made by Jordi Évole, proof of which is the post he shared last Friday, January 10.
In it, we can see two videos of the new promotional spot for Lo de Évole. However, what has caught the most attention are the words written by Alaska's husband.
As Mario Vaquerizo himself stated, "doing this kind of thing is something I love, as it reminds me that the most important thing in the world is knowing how to laugh at oneself."
Mario Vaquerizo Reveals What Happened with Jordi Évole
Through his latest Instagram post, Mario Vaquerizo shared with his more than 1.2 million followers how he managed to star in the new promotional ad for Lo de Évole:
"Jordi Évole called me to participate in the promotion of the new season of his TV show. I loved being part of a program I will never be invited to! Long live irony and a sense of humor. A thousand thanks to Producciones del Barrio for everything."
Additionally, showcasing his good sense of humor, Mario Vaquerizo also published the fun spot for the sixth season of said TV format. In it, the artist and TV host use the word "fall" with a double meaning.
"In life, the most important thing when one falls is to get up. One must accept that they won't always fall gracefully...," Alaska's husband is heard saying when interrupted by Jordi Évole.
"Don't say that, Mario, you fall very well... I've seen you fall, what a tumble," the host says, laughing, referring to his accident at the Horteralia festival. "You wish you could fall like I do. You can't even laugh," Mario Vaquerizo responds.
