Insults and disrespect at Buckingham: King Charles III on the verge of collapse
A new revelation shakes the foundations of the royal family and exposes the hidden tensions at the heart of Buckingham
Within the British royal family, tensions are usually masked by protocol, but sometimes the curtain falls. King Charles III and his youngest son, Prince Harry, have been at the center of one of the most complex relationships in recent times. The relationship, marked by gestures of distance and occasional rapprochements, is once again under public scrutiny.
While the monarch tries to consolidate his image at the head of the Crown, family wounds have yet to heal. Meanwhile, Harry keeps a life far from the palace, but close to the headlines. Every new revelation rekindles a past that neither seems willing to fully let go of.

A nickname uttered at Buckingham that changes everything
In the preview of the book Endgame, accessed by The Sun, a direct comment from Charles III toward his youngest son is revealed. According to the account, the king referred to Harry as "that fool." The reaction reportedly arose after the Netflix documentary in which the Sussexes spoke openly about their family conflicts.
The publication links that nickname to Charles's discontent over the statements made in the series. The multimillion-euro contract with the platform and the content of the program exposed the family rift. For King Charles III, that episode was a line crossed.
What stands out most is the contrast: from asking that the subject not be discussed, to publicly insulting. Author Omid Scobie reflects this, once again finding himself at the center of the media storm.
Mockery, discomfort, and suspicion
The book also addresses the moment when South Park satirized Harry and Meghan. According to the text, William and Kate not only watched it, but called it "hilarious." Although they didn't say so publicly, the comment reportedly circulated behind closed doors.
Another controversial excerpt revolves around the death of Queen Elizabeth II. In one of their last joint appearances, the Sussexes and the Waleses traveled together to Windsor. Scobie's account states that "the silence was palpable" and the lack of communication was evident.
The publication suggests that the details could only come from someone within the inner circle. Although the author denies having received information from Meghan, suspicion surrounds her once again. The past weighs on her: at the time, she admitted in court that she leaked information for a previous book.

The noise doesn't stop at Buckingham
Although the Sussexes try to distance themselves from the scandal, their connection to Scobie is hard to erase. The statements highlighted in Endgame have once again blown up any possibility of reconciliation.
Charles III, who tries to project an image of stability, finds himself affected by words he reportedly uttered himself. The royal family, once again, exposed from within. This time, the headlines are more uncomfortable than ever.
