Few expected what Ana Rosa Quintana has done with Jesús Calleja live on 'El programa de Ana Rosa'
Jesús Calleja has surprised everyone with his next television milestone. The adventurer has announced that he has embarked on a challenge never before done on television; he has decided to travel to space and broadcast his experience on his show, Calleja en el espacio. The adventurer visited the set of Ana Rosa Quintana to promote himself, although few expected what the host did with him after confessing: "Your mother is angry".
Before departing, Jesús Calleja gave several interviews. On El programa de Ana Rosa, he confirmed that his adventure is about to begin. "I'm going to Texas tomorrow. I can't say the launch date because I've signed many papers," he revealed.

He explained that the space agencies have handled the matter with extreme security. Even so, he hinted that there are only a few days left before the launch. "If I'm going tomorrow to film the next two episodes, well, I'm not going to come back from there without filming," he added.
Nobody Expected What Ana Rosa Quintana Did With Jesús Calleja
One of the details that made the imminent launch clear was the farewell to his family: "I already said goodbye to my parents". He assured that he has understood the magnitude of the experience. "It's extremely exceptional," he acknowledged.
However, the reaction of Ana Rosa Quintana was what nobody expected. "Your mother is angry..." the journalist commented. Her words left Jesús Calleja without a reaction, who preferred to continue narrating his adventure.

The host described the challenges he will face on his journey. The first is the rocket's own launch. "As soon as the engines ignite, you think you're going to die," he assured.
He explained that during the initial phase, the engine flames will cover all the windows, giving the impression that something has gone wrong. However, he indicated that it is a normal and very impactful phenomenon.
Jesús Calleja Explains to Ana Rosa Quintana What His New Space Adventure Will Be Like
Jesús Calleja also talked about the physical intensity of the ascent: "During the ascent phase, we experience very strong G-forces. About 3.5 Gs, which is three and a half times what I weigh". He detailed that the body's weight multiplies so much that lifting an arm becomes almost impossible.

Upon crossing the atmosphere, he recounted that he will hear a "gigantic explosion," a signal of the spacecraft's stage separation. It will be then that he will experience weightlessness. "It's a wonder, and we'll be amazed seeing the Earth," he expressed excitedly.
The return to Earth, as he narrated, will be even more difficult: "We reach 5.5 Gs, meaning I will weigh about 770 lbs. (350 kg) approximately". Jesús described the sensation as "having an elephant on top" and added that at that moment, breathing will be difficult: "You fill your lungs with air and can't". He also noted that during the descent, several detonations will be heard due to the parachutes' deployment.
Despite the risks and the harshness of the experience, Jesús Calleja assured that he doesn't feel fear. He made it clear that he is ready to live one of the most extraordinary moments of his life. The countdown for his great adventure has already begun.
