- Be an undergraduate student. To participate, you must be a student of any university discipline. As long as you have completed a minimum of 120 credits of your degree.

- Residence in Madrid, Barcelona, or other CaixaBank territorial centers. The internships take place in Madrid, Barcelona, or other Spanish cities where CaixaBank is present.

- Possibility of signing an internship agreement. This agreement is essential to formalize the collaboration between the student and CaixaBank during the internship period.

- Valuation of certain knowledge and experiences. Although not mandatory, having a B2 level of English will be positively valued. Also having international experience in studies or volunteering in NGOs, among other aspects.

CaixaBank reminds that the deadline is approaching

Interested parties have until February 17 to enroll in the program. The internships will begin on March 31 and will extend until the end of September.

This six-month period will allow students to gain work experience in various areas. This is the case, for example, of Audit, Digital Transformation, People, Sustainability, Media, and Business, among others.

Of the 59 available spots, 35 are offered in the corporate buildings of Madrid and Barcelona, and the other 24 are regional. That is, they are distributed in the different territorial directions of CaixaBank. This offers a wide variety of options to students who wish to be part of this program in various parts of the country.
