100 Restaurants from the Valencian Community and Murcia Attend the Abrasador Conference

Abrasador Group celebrates its first 2025 Conference in Alicante with more than 200 hoteliers among associates

Grupo Abrasador has convened clients, associates, and suppliers in Alicante to celebrate the I Jornada Abrasador 2025, which has focused on discussing profitability, social media, and business mindset.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., they had a schedule full of presentations and talks 100% focused on hospitality professionals and concluded with a meal featuring new recipes from the brand's culinary advisor chefs and grilled cuts of beef and Iberian pork cooked in closed ovens.

The culinary advisor chefs and star ambassadors of Grupo Abrasador, Carlos Torres and host Javier Amorós, from Abrasador Niagara's in Callosa de Segura, started the day along with another great hotelier and brand ambassador, Eduardo Gutiérrez from Abrasador El Astral.

The first presentation, focused on restaurant profitability, was delivered by Jon Fernández, trainer, podcaster, and restaurant consultant, who introduced them to a strategic approach for controlling different areas of the business.

The implementation advisory team of Grupo Abrasador, led by Beatriz Palencia and Javier Molina, along with the new addition of Raúl Cáceres, delivered a presentation on the keys and tools to help measure data, set goals, and review them month by month with the restaurants and incentivize the team.

Sara Segovia, Social Media Manager of Grupo Abrasador, gave them a presentation on why and for what it is important to be on social media and the reasons why people follow their restaurant accounts and how to leverage those reasons to create viral videos and gain visibility.

They also had Sergio García, a change facilitator coach, who through his presentation engaged the attendees in a dynamic of energy, awareness, and possibility of change with the hormone "ilusionina."

Three entrepreneurs were able to share their success stories and the mindset that has led them to be in their sector for decades leading in their area, such as Pep Romaní, from the restaurant Pont Sec in Dènia, who highlighted the importance of having a good product and relying on trusted suppliers; Manuel Bernal, founder of Bernal Alimentación in Callosa de Segura, and José Manuel Marcos, founder of Pastelerías Crujiente and Candela Gelatería, winner of the innovation award at Madrid Fusión 2024 as well as other awards in his field internationally.

Before the meal, they presented a series of annual awards with the 2024 data based on 7 different categories, such as the leader in digital reputation, reservations, loyalty club, among others, and 3 of the 7 awards went to Abrasador El Astral in Tordesillas.

They also presented awards to the restaurants that stood out for their growth in revenue in 2024 compared to 2023, highlighting the following:

•  Abrasador El Capricho de los Torres, in Villacañas, Toledo.

•  Abrasador Cánovas, in Casillas, Murcia.

•  Abrasador Casa Pedro, in Dos Hermanas, Sevilla.

•  Abrasador Casa Benito, in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid.
