Bad news at Verizon: many customers are throwing in the towel completely desperate
The operator's ongoing mistakes are starting to take their toll, with users erupting over something they consider unfair
Verizon is going through a crisis that's only getting worse. In recent months, it has been losing customers at an alarming rate, and the worst part is that its attempts to stop this bleeding aren't working. On the contrary, many of the actions it's taking are only generating more complaints and discontent among its users.
Meanwhile, companies like T-Mobile are dealing with controversies over price hikes or changes in their apps. One would think Verizon could take advantage of the situation to gain ground. But the reality is very different.

Instead of attracting new customers, it seems to be driving away the ones it already has. It's enough to take a look at forums and social media to see that complaints against them have skyrocketed.
Unexpected charges from Verizon
One of the main reasons for the widespread discontent is the unexpected charges on bills. Many users claim they've received charges for services they never requested. In some cases, it's suspected that this happens because employees try to add extra commissions by selling unauthorized services.
But the malfunctioning of the artificial intelligence tools the company uses to manage certain operations is also being blamed. These AIs, far from helping, seem to generate more errors and confusion. Even Verizon employees have expressed their discomfort with these technologies that, according to them, complicate things more than they solve.
In addition to the extra charges, another source of complaints is the uneven management of rates. While some customers receive aggressive promotions or discounts, others see their prices go up without a clear reason. This disparity has led many users to think the company acts without coherence or planning.

It's not uncommon to find comments mentioning that a friend or family member has a much better rate despite having a similar service. This lack of uniformity in pricing creates confusion, frustration, and, of course, a loss of trust in the company.
A certain disorganization detected at Verizon
The general perception is that Verizon is disorganized and makes improvised decisions. There are users who say they've been with the company for years, but now feel completely ignored. Loyalty is no longer rewarded and transparency is nowhere to be found.
The operator is facing a perfect storm. It translates into massive customer loss, constant complaints, technological failures, unfair decisions, and an increasingly damaged image. If it doesn't react soon and change course, it's very likely this decline won't stop.
