La polémica desatada con el caso de Rafa Mir ha provocado un terremoto en el mundo del fútbol. Se crearon rumores de que los abogados de los jugadores habían creado un contrato secreto para evitar problemas.

Sin embargo, El programa La mirada crítica ha revelado un contrato de consentimiento sexual que supuestamente utilizan varios futbolistas. En este documento, los participantes deben firmar previamente para consentir las relaciones.

Incluso se habla de una descabellada cláusula de “violación accidental”. Miguel Galán, presidente del Centro Nacional de Formación de Entrenadores de Fútbol de España (CENAFE), afirmó que algunos jugadores ya usan este tipo de documentos.

El propio Galán aseguraba que sí se trata de un contrato que se usa por algunos futbolistas profesionales.

El controvertido contrato

Los participantes en el acto sexual deben identificarse con sus nombres y apellidos. Según el documento, acuerdan que sienten una atracción mutua y desean expresar conscientemente esos sentimientos.

V. RATCHET CLAUSE. Whereas the Proposer and the Consenter are aware that attraction may escalate during the agreed upon sexual activities, and that both parties may desire to engage in activities heretofore not consented to, the parties agree as follows. El contrato incluye una lista de prácticas sexuales, y ambas partes deben marcar las casillas correspondientes para aquellas en las que den su consentimiento. Uno de los anexos especifica que “no habrá actividad sexual de ningún tipo distinta a la especificada y consentida. Debe estar en este Acuerdo de Consentimiento sin el establecimiento de un nuevo y separado acuerdo”.

Lo más controvertido es que el contrato también contiene una cláusula de “violación accidental”. Esta establece que “cualquiera de las partes, siendo hombre, puede, sin culpa y sin intención, penetrar un orificio femenino”.

Galán afirmó que este contrato ya ha sido utilizado por dos jugadores de Primera División y uno de Tercera.

Los compañeros de Rafa Mir se pronuncian

Ha sido Pepelu quien ha criticado duramente al delantero tras lo ocurrido. Uno de los capitanes del conjunto valencianista ha hablado claro del comportamiento del delantero. "Es una falta de respeto al club y afición que no se puede consentir".

'Pepelu', ha indicado que lo que hizo Rafa Mir el pasado sábado tras el encuentro ante el Villarreal es "una falta de respeto. Hacia el club y la afición". Ha asegurado que la situación del equipo "no está para ese tipo de cosas".
