This is the link between Begoña Gómez and Jessica, Ábalos's famous friend

The name of Begoña Gómez resurfaces in another scandal, this time closer to the former socialist minister José Luis Ábalos. It is about a curious link between organizations that connect the wife of Pedro Sánchez with Jéssica Rodríguez García, the alleged girlfriend of Ábalos. After Víctor De Aldama's statements about the meeting attended by Begoña Gómez and Teresa Ribera, regarding the emptied Spain, Ábalos's famous friend reappears.

The connection between Jéssica and Begoña Gómez occurs at a fair, the same one aimed at promoting projects related to the emptied Spain. It is the Presura fair, the same one promoted by Begoña Gómez in 2019, and which also has significant state support.

Among the sponsors of this event in 2024, there are two public companies that draw attention. On one hand, Enisa, dependent on the Ministry of Industry.

The same one that during Reyes Maroto's management, has been linked to the granting of the Villafuel license. The one related to the Hydrocarbons case and an alleged fraud of 182 million euros in VAT. Additionally, it has been reported that Enisa financed talks by Carlos Barrabés and Begoña Gómez at IFEMA.

On the other hand, Tragsa, a company in which José Luis Ábalos trusted to employ his alleged partner, Jésica, also appears among the sponsors. Initially, allegedly, Jésica was placed in Ineco, dependent on Ábalos's Ministry, and later in Tragsa, under the supervision of María Jesús Montero. This company now appears as a sponsor of one of Begoña Gómez's favorite fairs.

The Provincial Court shields Begoña Gómez and criticizes Peinado

The case of Begoña Gómez is back in the news. This time due to the strong defense of the Provincial Court of Madrid for the president's wife.

Now, they have focused on Judge Peinado's decisions, specifically on the searches that tightened the circle around Barrabés. The magistrate ordered the search of both the house and the headquarters of the companies of Begoña Gómez's partner.

Meanwhile, the Provincial Court has decided to annul the entry and search of Barrabés. As the document states, the magistrates of the higher body point out that, for this case, "the urgency itself was not justified."

They convey that "to carry out the restrictive measure of rights in the way it was done." They assure that it was carried out both at the home of the investigated and in his companies.

From the Provincial Court, they argue that this search was conducted "without justifying the urgency to carry it out when the investigated was hospitalized." The medical reports are included in the case.

They emphasize in this context that the judicial authorization required by the Spanish Constitution to waive the inviolability of a home. "It is more than a formal requirement." Additionally, they criticize Peinado and remind him that, "as a guarantor of essential rights," he should make his own assessment, as well as the sufficiency of the evidence supporting that request.
