According to the magistrate, the former Moncloa advisor maintained a close relationship with the brother of the President of the Government before joining the provincial body to assist the musician.

From the magistrate's point of view, the irregularities in Sánchez's brother's position are evident. More specifically, she believes that "his functions would have been modified according to his requests." Also, that "people of his trust would have been hired to assist him in performing them."
