Revelations by a Witness Summoned by Judge Peinado Put Begoña Gómez on the Ropes
The investigation has also revealed that UCM doesn't keep the curriculum vitae of Begoña Gómez or other directors of extraordinary chairs.
The former vice-rector of the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), Juan Carlos Doadrio, has stated that the rector Joaquín Goyache ordered him to create a specific chair for Begoña Gómez. According to Doadrio, Goyache told him verbatim: "We have to create a chair for Begoña Gómez, the president's wife; do you have any objections?"
Doadrio stated that he did not feel pressured to create the chair, but he did feel obligated due to the institutional hierarchy. He also expressed surprise at the speed with which the entire process was managed, indicating that it seemed like there was "an army of people collaborating." He also noted that the academic justification report was handed to him already prepared and unsigned.

In his statement before Judge Juan Carlos Peinado, Doadrio revealed that Gómez requested a remuneration of 15,000 euros for each of the two master's programs she directed. This amount exceeded the maximum allowed by the university. This request was denied due to UCM's financial matters.
The investigation has also revealed that UCM doesn't retain the curriculum vitae of Begoña Gómez or other directors of extraordinary chairs. This has caused criticism about the transparency in the selection processes.
Additionally, the university has requested to act as an accuser if an economic detriment is detected as a result of Gómez's activities. Especially in relation to the registration of software associated with the chair.
The situation is complicated by the complaint of internal pressures at UCM by a dean who requested information about chairs similar to Gómez's. This indicates possible irregularities in the management of these chairs.

The Academy Begoña Gómez Used to Lie About Her Degree
Begoña Gómez's academic background, the wife of the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has caused confusion due to the way it is reflected in different documents and references. Her curriculum mentions a degree in Marketing, but it is actually a non-university title, without official recognition.
Although several sources have linked her education to ESIC, a prestigious business school, the truth is that Gómez studied at 'M&B Escuela Superior de Marketing y Negocios.' It is a private center that operated as an academy.
Founded in 1989, this institute merged years later with the ESEM corporation, which is still active. To access these studies, it was not necessary to have passed the University Entrance Exam, as they were aimed at students with a high school level.
In various profiles and references, including her curriculum on the Xing network, her degree has been erroneously attributed to ESIC. However, former classmates confirm that she studied at M&B for four years. Subsequently, she did complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at ESIC.
