Mouliaa suspects that Errejón might have put "something" in the drink

Mouliaá told the judge that they both went to a bar and she started feeling uncomfortable because of Errejón's behavior.

Elisa Mouliaá claims that Íñigo Errejón might've put "something" in her drink during a meeting in September 2021. The actress presented details before the judge.

Mouliaá stated that after talking with Errejón on social media for a year, he invited her to the presentation of his book in Madrid.

After the event, they both went to a nearby bar where, according to Mouliaá, she began to feel uncomfortable due to Errejón's behavior.

After explaining that she had to go to a friend's party, the politician joined the plan. There, according to her account, the alleged assault occurred.

The actress claimed that in the elevator Errejón kissed her violently, marking the beginning of the reported incidents.

During the party, Mouliaá recounted that she drank two or three drinks served by Errejón, suspecting they might've contained some drug.

The actress explained before the judge that she started to feel strange, with a sudden drunkenness, which she attributed to possible substances in the drinks.

The most delicate point occurred in a room at the party. According to Mouliaá, Errejón pretended to close the door and began to undress her.

She repeatedly refused, but claimed that the politician changed his strategy to touch her, making her feel more vulnerable.

Mouliaá stated that she managed to leave after saying that her daughter's father had called her, using this as an excuse to escape.

When Errejón asked to return to the apartment, the actress replied: "Íñigo, 'only if it's yes,' it seems unbelievable that this happens with you."

Regarding the time it took to report, Mouliaá explained that her psychologist recommended waiting until she felt emotionally ready.

She added that she reported motivated by similar cases of other women, although she understood she had to do it with names and surnames.

Errejón's defense questioned the actress about a previous complaint against her ex-husband, which ended up being archived, generating debate.

For his part, Íñigo Errejón claimed that the relationship was consensual and denied having drugged or detained Mouliaá  against her will.

The politician stated that his resignation from his positions isn't related to the complaint, but to the loss of confidence in his political space.

Upon leaving the courts, Errejón declared feeling calm, trusting  that justice will solve this matter impartially.

This case has caused significant media and political uproar, sparking debates about consent and accusations in the public sphere.

The public opinion remains alert to the development of this process, which involves a prominent figure in the Spanish political scene.

Mouliaá's statement and Errejón's reply will be key for justice to determine the truth behind this controversial complaint.
