Key Day in the Errejón Case: Three Summoned to Testify About Mouliaá's Complaint
The first witness will be a close friend of Mouliaá who was present at the party and witnessed two of the episodes of the alleged sexual assault.
This Friday marks a key day in the judicial case involving former Sumar deputy, Íñigo Errejón. The magistrate handling the case will question three witnesses in relation to the complaint filed by actress Elisa Mouliaá. In her complaint, Mouliaá recounts that she suffered sexual assaults by Errejón in October 2021, during a party where they both were present.
The first witness will be a close friend of Mouliaá. Who was present at the party and witnessed two of the sexual assault episodes that the actress describes in her complaint.
This testimony could be crucial in clarifying the events that occurred that night. Additionally, two of Mouliaá's relatives are summoned to participate in the statement via videoconference, a measure adopted to facilitate their participation.
The former Sumar spokesperson is being investigated for alleged sexual assault following Mouliaá's complaint. Who accuses him of non-consensual touching, kisses, and sexually charged comments on at least three occasions during the same social event in 2021. The complaint refers to events that occurred before, during, and after the party where they both were present.

The judge had initially agreed to clone the phones of both parties involved, Errejón and Mouliaá. To obtain relevant information that could aid in the investigation.
However, after Errejón's request, the magistrate agreed that the analysis be limited exclusively to the conversations between the two. This decision was made to preserve the privacy of other communications not related to the case.
The judicial process continues with the active participation of the lawyers from both sides. The actress has succeeded in having additional evidence admitted, such as the testimony of three more witnesses, whose presence was scheduled for Friday.
However, these witnesses will not be able to attend the court due to personal reasons, such as travel or health issues. Given this situation, the magistrate has decided to suspend their summons and reschedule their interventions for later dates, when schedules allow.
Mouliaá's lawyer has also requested the inclusion of a new witness, whose statement will be made in the coming days. This development is important for the progress of the case, as it will allow more details to be added to the judicial file. The summoning of new witnesses could shed more light on what happened during the 2021 party and support the accusations made by the complainant.

The Errejón case has caused significant media attention, as it involves a renowned politician and a public figure like Mouliaá. The sexual assault complaint has sparked a debate about the responsibility of public figures and the handling of such accusations. Meanwhile, the judicial process continues cautiously and in accordance with established legal procedures.
