A new link between Begoña Gómez and the hydrocarbon scheme involving Víctor De Aldama is revealed.
This news reveals that a senior executive of that scheme, led by Aldama and Claudio Rivas, collaborated with Begoña Gómez in her Chair. Specifically, the Chair of Competitive Social Transformation.
It is Luis Martín Lara, according to the UCO one of the responsible names appearing in the report on the network. However, it has been known that he signed an agreement to promote and collaborate with that chair through a company.
The company CE Consulting, in which Martín Lara appears as vice president and CEO. This is why the UCO, according to the newspaper El Economista, is studying the contacts between Martín Lara and María Luisa Rivas, Claudio's sister and deputy director of the organization.
Although CE Consulting is chaired by Fernando Núñez Rebollo, it is not linked in any case to the hydrocarbon fraud.
The Civil Guard does detail the great importance that Martín Lara had for the scheme. He was the one who signed the collaboration agreement with Gómez, of which it is unknown whether there was financial support or not. The collaboration agreement was ratified in July 2023.

The fact is that the senior executive of the company has appeared in the social bodies of some of the companies under investigation. He was the sole administrator of Villafuel between December 30, 2020, and August 2, 2021.
He appears as the sole administrator of Still Growing, the parent company of the operator, between February 9, 2021, and September 2021. But he continued as a proxy from that date until September 26, 2023.
In addition to this, he also appears as the sole administrator of another company in the network, Bludger Combustible until 2021.
