According to reports, the Investigative Court Number 3 of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria initiated proceedings on January 21 after receiving a medical report from the hospital. Both parents have testified before the judge and, although no precautionary measures have been imposed, the investigation is ongoing.

Faced with the avalanche of information and speculation, Anabel decided to break her silence. Through a video on her Instagram account, she categorically denied the accusations and stated that her daughter is well and is at home with them.

She recounted that on January 9, Alma suffered a health crisis, which led to her hospitalization. At the same time, she expressed her discontent over the leak of the investigation and assured that they are fully cooperating with the justice system to clarify the facts.
