'Supervivientes' Holds Its Breath with the Doctor's Decision About Makoke

After several days of keeping viewers very alert to Makoke's condition, the Supervivientes organization has revealed the decision that the doctors have made regarding the contestant.

It was last Tuesday, April 1, when the contestant suffered a severe fall while competing in a new reward game. An accident that jeopardized her stay in the reality show.

However, it wasn't until hours later that it was confirmed that Makoke had to be evacuated from the island and hospitalized to undergo a series of tests.

Now, after days of much intrigue, finally, the Supervivientes organization has shared with viewers the decision that the doctors have made regarding Anita Matamoros's mother. News that was communicated by Jorge Javier Vázquez during the gala this Thursday, April 3.

"Makoke's situation is critical. The severe fall she suffered has kept her off the beaches, and today we'll find out if she can continue. The medical team will be the one to make the decision... A decisive night in which, in addition, the expulsion is at stake," the host began saying.

Minutes later, and after assuring that her "continuity in Supervivientes is hanging in the air," Jorge Javier Vázquez connected live with the contestant. A moment in which he revealed the decision that the reality show's doctor has made.

The 'Supervivientes' Organization Reveals the Decision the Doctor Has Made Regarding Makoke: "She Can Return to the Beach"

From the very beginning, Makoke has made it very clear that, despite her accident, she doesn't want to leave the competition. She had been waiting for this opportunity for years, and now she feels her dream is slowly fading away:

"When I entered Supervivientes, I took it as a mere job. This reality show has given me a slap without hands, I'm doing things that I don't even recognize myself."

After these emotional words, the Supervivientes host communicated to Makoke and the entire reality show audience the final decision that the doctors have made:

"After the lumbar contusion suffered during the game, the patient has undergone all the necessary medical tests.[...]Since she doesn't present any type of fracture and her pain has been reduced with the treatment received, she can return to the beach with her companions."

News that has been very well received by the survivors: "Thank you, I love you." However, her joy didn't last long, as upon her return to the palapa, the contestant had to face the night's expulsion.

The first to be saved was Koldo, followed by Carmen Alcayde. Thus, Makoke ended up being the one expelled this Thursday. However, she didn't want to leave the place without first dedicating a few words to all her companions: "What happened in Cayos Cochinos, stays here."
