His action is based on a video broadcast on the program ¡De Viernes!, where the couple was seen enjoying a day at the beach with their daughter. In that, as stated in the complaint, "they lifted the stroller over the promenade fence to bring it onto the sand, making it sway when it was in the air. Causing a shake, where it was about to slip from their hands and, consequently, fall."
