Aromatic Experiences: Natural Innovation for Well-being in the Workplace

The Aromatic Experiences project, led by Yolanda del Moral, has been recognized as one of the winners of the incubation organized by the Entrepreneurship Club in Salamanca. This achievement is the result of the agreement signed between the Entrepreneurship Club and INCIBE, within the framework of the INCIBE Emprende program, funded by the European Union through the PRTR with NextGenerationEU funds.

Aromatic Experiences was born in 2017 as a result of a personal transformation. Yolanda, then an engineer in the technology sector, faced a stress problem that led her to rethink her life and professional career. During this process, she discovered the power of 100% natural essential oils to improve her physical and mental health, which inspired her to create an innovative project that combines corporate well-being with the benefits of aromatherapy.

The entity offers workshops, training, and personalized experiences, both in-person and online, aimed at improving employees' physical and mental health through the use of olfactory supports such as individual kits or scented flowers. "Employee health is a strategic value for organizations, and today we know it directly impacts their profitability," Yolanda explains.

The proposal of Aromatic Experiences focuses on reconnecting with nature as a source of well-being. Inspired by the phrase from AUARA's CEO, Antonio Espinosa de los Monteros, "Symbiosis with nature is the answer to most problems. Stop seeing nature as a resource and start seeing it as a creative system of which we are a part," the project seeks to bring the benefits of nature to the business day-to-day.

Thanks to the recent incubation program, Yolanda has identified the importance of delegating tasks as a key step to growing her project. Among her upcoming goals are expanding the reach of her services and continuing to develop innovative activities for companies seeking to care for their employees' well-being.
