This way, she explained that she received a message as if it were from the delivery company about something she was expecting. She recounted: "It was the package I'm expecting from Germany, they know my information. I entered the card for the tariffs, which were two euros."

"Then, I went to see which company had taken the two euros from my account. And it didn't exist."

Fortunately, it was just a scare, as she had used a prepaid card. This way, she prevented the money in her account from being affected. However, the collaborator decided to cancel the card as a security measure to avoid future problems.
