First, María Patiño took the floor to ask her collaborators if they have spoken with her. This particularly worried Kiko Hernández, who wondered if she has been sick. “Last week she didn't come, she didn't attend Bárbara Rey's birthday...,” confessed María, attributing these absences to a cold of no major importance.

María Patiño's explanations didn't stop there; she emphasized the numerous absences she has had as a collaborator of Ni que fuéramos. This attitude deeply bothered Kiko Hernández, who claimed that both he and his colleagues have gone “to work with 104°F fever.” Even so, he also justified her due to her distance from Madrid and her advanced age.

But the truth is María wanted to go further by revealing that her commitment to Canal Quickie had nothing to do with the one she maintained with Sálvame. “I haven't been angry. I think, I feel that she hasn't been comfortable,” said the journalist.

For Patiño, her colleague has been an essential piece within the cast of collaborators. Although she acknowledged that, on some occasions, she would have liked her to give a little more of herself.

“I think she's an important collaborator, but every time she's been asked something, she's felt offended. I don't know, I haven't seen her. There are things she has experienced, and that none of us have,” revealed María Patiño, making it clear that Chelo often doesn't want to speak.

María continued to add fuel to the fire, visibly upset with the communicator: "I think she has felt that we don't respect her. What's unbelievable is that after so many years... She has felt that we haven't made her shine."

"It makes me so angry because I know you not just from now, I know how this show has worked, and that's why I haven't called her, because I've been angry. Because it has been very unfair," she concluded.

For now, none of the collaborators of Ni que fuéramos have known when Chelo will return to share the set. If anything has been clear, it has been that some of them, like María, have been somewhat upset with her attitude since the show premiered.
