Arctic Wolf and BlackBerry announce the closing of the acquisition of Cylance

Arctic Wolf® and BlackBerry Limited (NYSE:BB)(TSX:BB) are two global leaders in security software and service. They have announced the successful closing of Arctic Wolf's acquisition of BlackBerry's Cylance® endpoint security assets. Both companies signed a definitive agreement on December 15, 2024.
