Aiudo closes 2024 as the best year in its history
The home care company has reported record figures in revenue and net profit.
Aiudo, a company with a significant social impact in home care, closed 2024 with historic results that reflect a year of consolidation and growth. Specifically, it achieved a record increase of 20.5% in revenue compared to 2023, while net profit experienced a 62% increase, as a result of, in the words of its CEO, Daniel Ibiza, "18 months of work focused on resource optimization and reducing caregiver staff turnover."
Highlighted Results from the III Social Impact Report
During 2024, Aiudo also reinforced its commitment to everything surrounding the care sector, as reflected in the figures from its III Social Impact Report, which it recently released.
In this regard, last year, Aiudo surpassed its best records: they evaluated 4,249 job-seeking candidates and advised 39,179 families. Additionally, they created 2,503 indirect jobs, with 2,395 permanent contracts signed.
They also placed 1,206 people at risk of social exclusion into employment. The organization collaborated with 234 companies, provided free training to 309 caregivers, and managed over 40 million euros in salaries.
Maturity of the Project and Team
"2024 has been the best year in Aiudo's history. Not only because of the results but also because of the maturity the project and the technology we have created have reached," stated Daniel Ibiza, CEO of Aiudo.
From the home care company, they recall that this year has been "intense" in results while implementing unique technological advances. "Thanks to technological advancement, we have been able to take on greater responsibility in the tasks, actions, and performance of the caregivers, working hand in hand with families. It has been a resounding success," Ibiza states.
Regarding the social impact figures, the CEO also highlighted the direct impact of their strategy focused on families and caregivers: "The main metrics are two: families served and caregivers placed. They always go hand in hand because one is a consequence of the other. Thanks to this integrative approach, we have achieved greater harmony among users, families, caregivers, and the Aiudo team."
An example of this success is the "ethical and efficient" operation, even during periods of historically high turnover, such as Christmas, where everything worked "like a Swiss clock."
Outlook for 2025
Looking ahead to 2025, Aiudo will continue to focus on improving the quality of its services and reducing turnover during the first half of the year. In the second half, the company expects to achieve significant advances in innovation and technological development, strengthening its leadership in the sector.
